Excellent customer service from COACH

My daughter purchased a pair of sneakers that are the pinnacle of fashion, but the size was wrong. She lives in the Portland, Oregon area and I live in the woods in Nothern California. I thought it would be hopeless to get COACH to take a return, but my daughter said she would try and asked me what I would like if I could get it. I said a nice scarf, nothing fussy, or an umbrella, nothing dinky. The heavens opened, she went to the outlet store, and lo, and behold, she got the return/exchange, and I amnot the proud owner of a black & grey scarf and black & grey good-sized umbrella. Who knew!
